Inspired by our unforgettable family vacation to Kauai, we were determined to share the joy of Hawaiian shave ice right here on Long Island. We fell in love with the breathtaking scenery and the relaxed vibe of Hawaii, but it was the mouthwatering array of island delicacies that left a lasting impression. From savory BBQ chicken cooked in a barrel to the freshest poke bowls you can imagine, we savored every moment, especially indulging in the island's signature treat – Hawaiian shave ice. These delightful one-of-a-kind treats are more than just a frozen dessert; they're a unique experience, capturing the essence of Hawaii in every flavorful bite. We exclusively utilize premium, all-natural flavor syrups crafted from pure cane sugar & free from harmful color and flavor ingredients. Plus, you can elevate your experience with a snow cap (sweetened condensed milk drizzle), mochi, edible tropical orchids, and an array of other mouthwatering toppings. While traditional shave ice syrups often harbor artificial additives, high-fructose corn syrup, and preservatives, we take a different approach. Our commitment is to deliver the authentic taste of Hawaiian shave ice using only natural ingredients that prioritize your well-being. Our syrups are meticulously sourced & freshly made to order, ensuring purity and flavor integrity.

2. Clean

We create our own ice blocks with a 4-stage reverse osmosis filtration system to ensure our ices are made with clean and delicious water that doesn't taste like it's from the tap (because it's not).

3. Authentic

To create the fluffy, snow-like texture Hawaiian ices are famous for, we use the most premium method of ice shaving. This includes using the best ice block shaver on the market and making our own ice blocks daily. Our Swan SI-100 creates the softest, melt-in-your-mouth, quality of snow. On a fluffiness scale, we're a 10/10.

4. Sustainable

At Sea Cliff Shave Ice, being sustainable and having the least impact on the environment is one of our top priorities. We are 100% plastic free and only use products that are sustainable and Earth-friendly, including our traditional Hawaiian lily cups which are biodegradable. It's important that we all do our part to eliminate single-use plastic and keep our land and oceans clean.
